Magnolia Birthday Card Invitation

I was working on a Magnolia Birthday Card Invitation, for my daughter’s birthday party which is this month. The invites turned out so cute, so I’ll be sharing them here today.

This card is editable and can be saved before being printed or emailed to family and friends. The card is 5x7inches but I trimmed 1/2″ on the left and right side.

I recommend printing these on 80LB Cardstock, and adding them to a simple white or kraft paper envelope. In case you are wondering about what printer I used to print these cards, it was a Canon PIXMA iP8720.

Editing these cards is simple, all you need is to download the Maxim Font and the Museo Slab Font. Once you have these fonts installed, open the .pdf and click on the marked fields to customize them.

When I make cards for any type of printables, I like to scribble/sketch on a piece of paper to get inspired. This step helps me to find the right style for each card. For the Magnolia Birthday Card Invitation, I did just that. I envisioned a playful yet grown-up look for this card, and the watercolor Magnolia’s by Lembrik’s Artworks fit in just right!

Hope you enjoyed the card and will consider using it for a birthday of your own children.
